Little Miss Belleza Latina 2004

We are now accepting contestants for "Little Miss Belleza Latina 2005" for girls Ages 9-12!!

RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. There is no entrance fee to pay
2. Winner will be determined by the contestant that submits the most votes
3. Votes are $1.00 each
4. There is a MAXIMUM of 25 votes per person/sponsor for each contestant (in other words,
one person will not be allowed to purchase 200 votes for one girl)
5. Contestant must not be older than twelve as of August 2004
6. Each contestant must submit a photo for the website with a brief bio
7. Parents of the winner are responsible for their own airfare to attend the coronation
at nationals in Puerto Rico
8. Parents will be responsible for hotel room stay during the national pageant
9. All votes for each contestants will be posted on the website after official tallying has been completed within 2 days of the deadling
10. Each contestant must submit an essay explaining what it would mean to her to be
Little Miss Belleza Latina and why she would like to win
11. Contestants will represent their city, county or region
12. State titles will be awarded where a minimum total of 250 votes are received for that state.
Then the contestant with the most votes will win the state title.
13. Each contestant must be at least 25% of hispanic descent
14. Deadline for all votes to be handed in is JUNE 15, 2004
15. Winner will be officially announed on JUNE 30TH!!
