My Name is Monica Martinez, I am the oldest daughter of six, I'm 33 yrs. Old. and was born in San Fernando, California. I have been blessed with 2 wonderful and very loving children, Jacqueline Lucia Berber 12 and Gabriel Berber Jr. 10. I work for an insurance company as a Title Assistant. I love to travel to Cabo San Lucas and my one and only hobby is writing poetry. I'm very Happy and honored to say that I have won many certificates and plaques for my many poetry entries in both English and Spanish. Ever since I was a little girl I dreamed
of always being in pageants. I use to always watch them on TV, but
because I didn't have a Barbie figure I never entered. Now as an adult
I have realized and learned that it is not the size of person that
makes a queen, but the ambition and hard work you do to be honored
as one. A true Queen is the person inside you, the humbleness and
kindness which lies within you. |

As Ms. CA Belleza Latina
2004 I will accomplish those dreams by working hard to capture the national
title at the Ms Belleza Latina National Pageant for 2004. I feel that
as a Hispanic/ Latina Woman it is great that we are recognized because
we are all intelligent and beautiful.
Having won this title has been one of the greatest accomplishments in my life and I thank God for it very much. I am very honored to represent the Latina women to demonstrate that it's never to late to achieve your goals in life no matter how hard or far they might seem, always give it your best and you will get very far in life !
